Cain McQuinley is a biotech entrepreneur focused on accelerating the adoption of next-generation therapeutic technologies. His journey into the field began after surviving a near-fatal accident as a teenager that required three weeks in the ICU and two months in rehabilitation. Dissatisfied with the limitations of conventional treatment for long-term recovery, he began independently studying emerging medical therapies and building relationships with physicians, researchers, and innovators around the world.

That experience ultimately shaped Cain’s mission: helping bring promising medical innovations into broader awareness and access.

Today he is the founder of several ventures operating at the intersection of regenerative medicine, peptide research, and modern healthcare delivery. These include IRON Rx Telehealth, a platform expanding access to advanced therapies through telemedicine; IRON Peptides, a research-focused brand supplying high-quality peptide compounds to the scientific community; and Regenerative Ops, a medical group purchasing organization (GPO) that enables physicians, clinics, hospitals, and research teams to leverage collective buying power to access biologics and regenerative medicine technologies.

Through his companies, Cain focuses on connecting global innovation, emerging biotechnology, and healthcare providers in order to accelerate the adoption of advanced therapeutic solutions.
